The idea for this talk stemmed from an article on Insync Training, “Normal. Ish.”, by Jane Bozarth.  In this episode we’ll explore how the “new norm” for pushing everything to online may or may not be impacting learners, and how as learning practitioners we need to be cognizant of it.  We’ll be talking about what has been the impact on facilitators, instructors, producers, and learners.  Our guests share tips on ensuring your learners are engaged and actively participating in your online sessions whether they are 30 minutes or 7 hours long.
